Charges are made at 14 pence a unit for the electricity used during your stay, this charge is purely covering the cost per unit charged by EDF.

You have the option of cleaning the property your selves at the end of your stay and everything is provided for this. If you'd rather not then a fee of £60.00 is required for this service. If you would rather not clean the house your selves then the payment is required along with the final payment 10 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

We do not provide sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases, towels or flannels as standard with the property, however you can hire them at an optional extra price. You are of course welcome to bring your own linen.

The charges for the hire are:

• Double bed set £15.00 per change
  Includes sheet, four pillows and pillowcases, duvet and duvet cover.
• Single bed set £9.50 per change
  Includes sheet, two pillows and pillowcases, duvet and duvet cover.
• Towel set £4.50 per change
  Includes one bath towel, hand towel and flannel.

Changes can either be weekly or fortnightly.
